The Pet Vet – Restructuring for a Nationwide Future

Challenge:  The Pet Vet, an independent veterinary group, faced a transformative acquisition that tripled its size overnight. With headcount rising from 82 to 263 across 12 surgeries, leaders needed to align two very different cultures, restructure operations, and free up time to focus on the legal and commercial demands of the deal.
