Thermex – Transforming culture and Performance to Drive Growth

Challenge: Redditch-based manufacturer Thermex had grown from a £1m acquisition to a £12m business – but hitting the £10m mark exposed critical growing pains. Outdated structures, high turnover, poor communication and low engagement were blocking further progress.
